Check in & Check out

Please arrange to arrive at Chalet Cygnet after 1600hrs. If there are no departing guests, it may be possible for you to arrive earlier.
Your departure time should be no later than 10.00hrs.You may leave your luggage with us to collect later in the day. Please note that we will not be able to provide free transport to Sion train station after 12.00hrs.

Extra Dinner
Dinner can be served 7 nights for an additional payment of SFR75 per adult and SFR35 per child. We will provide a four course meal with wine or beer for the adults and an appropriate child’s meal with a dessert.

Loyalty Discount
If you have stayed with us at any time before, a 5% discount is given. Peak weeks excluded.

Extra Beds
There are no extra beds available.

Children on catered package
Infants under the age of 1 year stay for free, and infants aged 1-2 will pay a one off fee of Sfr. 200.-. This applies for one infant per group as long as they sleep in a cot in the same room as their parents. Please contact us for prices if there is more than one infant per group. Children 2 -10 years receive a Sfr 200.- discount, 11 -12 years Sfr150.- discount, childrens meals will be served. If children eat the same menus as the adults a discount of Sfr 50.- per child wil be given. For the purpose of pricing, adults are deemed to be those 13 years and over at the time of travel. No additional discounts are applicable.

Deposit and Final Balance Payment
In order to confirm a reservation a deposit of 30% is required. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE should you need to cancel your booking. The balance is payable 56 days before the start of your holiday.
